ABOUT US
Mission is very excited about the future of the film and television industry and the part digital imaging has to play in it. We see a world where there is greater connection between set and post, uniting DIT, Video Assist and Digital Dailies as the bridge joining DI and VFX. We see Mission unique from the dozens of finishing companies as the UKs only ‘starting’ company, excelling with in-depth knowledge of camera and digital workflows.

This role will be based at our Garden Studios office, London, NW10.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our equipment and service offerings expand to meet the demands of a booming industry, we’re looking to recruit a Field Solutions (FS) Manager, a senior member of our team to be the bridge between our Technicians, Production and FS teams. This role is going through an evolution, looking to add to our current system whilst we benefit with someone’s external experience, individuality and unique perspective.

Mission’s workshop is tasked with building most of our equipment used on productions big and small, and covers the gamut of DIT, Digital Dailies and Video Playback equipment. As such, it’s much more than a rental facility, this is the front end of where the digital workflow starts.

With a strong ability to deal with complex logistics, often supporting projects shooting in remote locations, this job is well suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, with a good technical understanding of digital cinematography and workflows.

Our FS team is looking to grow further over the coming months and as a result we need someone with strong interpersonal skills, leadership experience and that can not only build a team but get the most out of it.
Mission is both fast-paced and forever evolving, and we’re passionate about hiring people who thrive in that environment. The successful candidate will be happy to turn their hand to whatever is needed to help keep things running smoothly, as well as benefiting from a lot of freedom to shape the role as you please and make improvements to our current way of working.
