DIT

A technician under the direction of the cinematographer or director of photography who is responsible for co-ordinating, maintaining and adjusting digital cameras. The DIT is also usually responsible for data backups and integrity checks, transcodes for editing and sometimes on set color grading too. Seriously dont think about shooting without one!
