Commonly used to describe live color grading on-set. A limited color tool set is used and stored as a CDL which is readable by all the main color grading products used in post-production. Derived from Pomfort LiveGrade systems that handle metadata and color management on-set. Everything, including color grading, is non destructive and stored as metadata that can be read by many other systems in the post-production pipeline.
