Willow

This series serves as a sequel to the 1988 film Willow, a dark fantasy film that follows Willow, a farmer, who is entrusted with the safety of a princess who is prophesied to defeat the Evil Queen Bavmorda. In this follow up, a princess assembles a party to join her on her quest to rescue her twin brother.

Mission was proud to support Willow, and its DOPs Stjin Van Der Veken ASC/SBC, Joel Devlin, James Friend ASC/BSC and Will Baldy, through DIT Jacob Robinson and Data Manager Jordan Wallace. We also supplied Video Playback to Main Unit through Mission Operator Lewis Williams.

Mission also supported the second units of Willow. These were started by DIT Quentin Brown, and then continued by lead DIT Nick Everett and Data Manager Lucy Keal, with a whole host of Mission technicians also stepping in to assist - Luke Williams, Alican Halacelli, Johnathan Boyd and Niall Todd.
